Buying guide
Choosing your biker vest
A biker vest has one job on the road: sit flat on your shoulders and stay put at speed. Ours are cut from full-grain cowhide that breaks in to your shape, with snaps or a heavy zipper up front and pockets you can reach while seated.
Club and MC vests
Wearing colors? Pick a vest with a single-panel, patch-ready back so your rockers and center patch lie straight. We sew patches on for $35 each and you choose where each one goes; your own design is $40.
Carry, weather and fit
Concealed carry vests have inside pockets for a compact holster. Side laces and waist adjusters let the fit change with your layers, and shearling-lined builds take the bite out of cold mornings. Sizes run S to 8XL, or send your own measurements.
Questions, answered
What makes a vest a club or MC vest?
A club vest has a plain, single-panel back so a top rocker, center patch and bottom rocker sit flat and straight. Use the Club / patch-ready filter. Most riders pick black full-grain cowhide with snaps or a zipper.
Can you sew my patches on before you ship?
Yes. Add patch sewing on any vest for $35 per patch and choose where each one goes. You can upload a photo of each patch, and if you only have artwork, we can make it into your own design for $40.
Which vests have concealed carry pockets?
Use the Concealed carry filter. You can also add inside carry pockets to most men's biker vests on the product page and tell us your draw side; we confirm the price by email.
How do I pick the right size?
Measure around the fullest part of your chest and your belly, then use the size chart on each vest. Biker vests run S to 8XL. Riding with a hoodie or jacket underneath? Go one size up, or choose Custom and send your measurements.
How long does a made-to-order vest take?
Each vest is built in about 8 business days. US orders ship from New Jersey and usually arrive in 3 to 4 weeks; we also ship worldwide to Canada, the UK, Germany, Austria and more.
