This website (leathermcvest.com) is operated by LMCV (Leather MC Vest). Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LMCV, and “you” refers to anyone using our website or purchasing our products.

By accessing our website, browsing our collections, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. If you don’t agree with any part of these documents, please don’t use our website or services.

2Who Can Use Our Site

To use LMCV’s website or purchase from us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (the legal age of majority in the United States)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable law
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when ordering
• Use our products and services only for lawful purposes

If you’re under 18, please don’t use our website or place orders. If you’re a parent or guardian and discover a minor has used our site, contact us at support@leathermcvest.com and we’ll help.

3Orders & Custom Production

Every LMCV vest is made-to-order. Here’s how the order process works and what your rights are:

Order Acceptance

• When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy — not a confirmed purchase
• We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion
• Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email
• We may decline orders for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, or inability to fulfill

Cancellation Window

• Within 24 hours of order: Full cancellation allowed with full refund
• 24–48 hours after order: Cancellation allowed with 15% processing fee (leather may already be cut)
• After 48 hours: Production has begun and orders cannot be cancelled

Custom Modifications

Once production begins, we cannot modify customization details (size, leather, color, hardware, embroidery, etc.). Please review your order carefully before placing it.

4Pricing & Payment

• All prices on our website are in US Dollars (USD)
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice — but the price you see at checkout is what you pay
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before processing your order
• Payment is due in full at the time of order placement
• By providing payment information, you confirm you’re authorized to use that payment method
• We accept payments through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors — we don’t store your card details

If we discover a pricing error after your order, we’ll contact you to either honor the correct price or cancel and refund the order. You can choose which option you prefer.

5Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery details are governed by our Shipping Policy. In summary:

• Production takes 8 business days from order confirmation
• Delivery takes 10+ business days after dispatch
• Total time from order to delivery: approximately 3–4 weeks
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
• We currently ship to the United States only
• Free shipping on orders over $300 USD

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for details on lost packages, damages, and tracking.

6Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Key points:

• Custom-made items are not eligible for general returns
• Defective or incorrect items qualify for free remake, repair, or refund
• Standard-size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery
• You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer unless the issue is on our end

7Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree NOT to:

• Product photos may differ slightly from actual items due to monitor settings, lighting, or natural leather variations
• Leather is a natural material — minor variations in grain, color, and texture are normal and not defects
• Sizing charts are guidelines; we recommend taking precise measurements

• If we discover an error in product information after your order, we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel the order

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LMCV’s total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
• This applies whether the claim is based on contract, warranty, tort, or any other legal theory

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LMCV, our owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

16Force Majeure

• You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation for at least 30 days
• If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court
• Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
• Arbitration will take place in the United States, with proceedings in English

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.

Some jurisdictions don’t permit certain restrictions on dispute resolution, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
