2Who Can Use Our Site

3Orders & Custom Production

Every LMCV vest is made-to-order. Here’s how the order process works and what your rights are:

Order Acceptance

• When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy — not a confirmed purchase
• We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion
• Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email
• We may decline orders for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, or inability to fulfill

Cancellation Window

• Within 24 hours of order: Full cancellation allowed with full refund
• 24–48 hours after order: Cancellation allowed with 15% processing fee (leather may already be cut)
• After 48 hours: Production has begun and orders cannot be cancelled

Custom Modifications

Once production begins, we cannot modify customization details (size, leather, color, hardware, embroidery, etc.). Please review your order carefully before placing it.

4Pricing & Payment

• All prices on our website are in US Dollars (USD)
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice — but the price you see at checkout is what you pay
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before processing your order
• Payment is due in full at the time of order placement
• By providing payment information, you confirm you’re authorized to use that payment method
• We accept payments through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors — we don’t store your card details

If we discover a pricing error after your order, we’ll contact you to either honor the correct price or cancel and refund the order. You can choose which option you prefer.

5Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery details are governed by our Shipping Policy. In summary:

• Production takes 8 business days from order confirmation
• Delivery takes 10+ business days after dispatch
• Total time from order to delivery: approximately 3–4 weeks
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
• We currently ship to the United States only
• Free shipping on orders over $300 USD

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for details on lost packages, damages, and tracking.

6Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Key points:

• Custom-made items are not eligible for general returns
• Defective or incorrect items qualify for free remake, repair, or refund
• Standard-size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery
• You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order
