    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your vest enters production, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email with tracking details is sent at the time of dispatch. If you haven’t received either notification, please contact our team with your order number and we will provide an update immediately.

    How long does a custom order take to complete?

    Production time is 8 business days from order confirmation, followed by approximately 10 business days for delivery. Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 3–4 weeks. Complex customizations such as detailed embroidery or specialty leathers may add 2–5 business days. Full timeline details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

    Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

    Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placement, with a full refund. Between 24–48 hours, cancellation is possible with a 15% processing fee. After 48 hours, production has begun and cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes — earlier requests have more flexibility.

    What if my vest doesn’t fit correctly?

    If your standard-size vest does not fit as expected, exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. Vests with sizing errors caused on our end are remade or repaired free of charge. For sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements, paid alterations are available. Complete details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

    Do you offer fully custom designs?

    Yes. Every LMCV vest is fully customizable, including leather type, color, sizing, hardware finish, lining, pockets, patches, and embroidery. Visit our Custom Personalization page to learn more, or email us with your specifications for a tailored quote within 24 hours.

    How do I place an order for my motorcycle club or retail store?

    For orders of 20 or more pieces, please visit our Bulk Orders page and complete the bulk inquiry form. A member of our team will respond within 48 hours to schedule a consultation regarding your specific requirements, customizations, and pricing.

    What is the fastest way to reach you for an urgent matter?

    For urgent matters, we recommend emailing support@leathermcvest.com directly with “URGENT” in the subject line. Urgent emails are prioritized and typically receive a response within a few hours during business days. Please include your order number, if applicable, to expedite the response.

    Can I request progress updates during production?

    Absolutely. While we automatically send notifications at key milestones, you’re welcome to email us at any time for additional updates on your order’s progress. We’re happy to share details about where your vest is in the production process.
