✂️Order Processing & Handling Time

Every LMCV vest is custom-made after your order is placed. We do not ship from existing inventory — your leather is selected and cut specifically for your build.

• Handling time: 6–8 working days from order confirmation. This is the time we need to craft and quality-check your vest before it ships
• Order processing begins: Within 24 hours of receiving your order
• Custom requirements (heavy embroidery, unusual sizing, specialty leathers): May add 2–5 business days to handling time

📦Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your vest is handcrafted and quality-checked (handling time: 6–8 working days), you can choose between two shipping speeds at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your specific location, courier performance, customs processing (for international orders), and seasonal volume. Handling time is the same for both shipping methods — express shipping only speeds up transit after your vest leaves our workshop.

We believe shipping should be straightforward and fair.

• Standard shipping under $300: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Express shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee, calculated based on weight and destination
• No hidden handling fees: What you see at checkout is what you pay

🔍Order Tracking

Every LMCV order ships with full tracking.

• A tracking number is emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch
• Tracking links update in real time
• Our trusted shipping partners include FedEx, DHL, and USPS

⚠️Shipping Restrictions

To ensure every vest arrives safely, please note the following:

• PO Box addresses are not accepted. Please provide a complete physical address (street, apartment/unit, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code) at checkout
• APO, FPO, and DPO addresses (US military) are accepted for USA orders
• Signature on delivery may be required for high-value orders

📍Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. LMCV is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

🛡️Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that something goes wrong in transit:

• Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as lost, contact us within 14 days of expected delivery and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement
• Stolen packages: If tracking confirms delivery but the package is missing, please file a claim with the carrier first. We’re happy to assist with documentation
• Damaged packages: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging — we’ll arrange a remake or repair at no cost

↩️Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Information)

Because every LMCV vest is custom-made for the individual buyer, we follow a quality-guarantee policy rather than standard returns.

• Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping and arrange a free remake or repair
• Sizing issues from incorrect customer measurements: Customer is responsible for return shipping; alterations or remakes are quoted case-by-case
• Change of mind: Custom-made items are not eligible for return

🎄Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During peak periods — including November, December, and major US holidays — handling and shipping may take 3–7 additional business days. We recommend ordering early, or choosing express shipping, for holiday delivery. Specific cutoff dates are posted on our home page each season.
