What to Include in Your Email

To send you an accurate quote on your first reply, please include the following details in your email:

  • Style preference: Biker, MC club cut, western, cropped, puffer, shearling, or other
  • Gender: Men’s, women’s, or unisex fit
  • Leather type: Cowhide, lambskin, buffalo, goat, sheep, or deer
  • Color preference: Black, brown, distressed, natural, or specific shade
  • Size: Standard size or custom measurements (chest, waist, back length)
  • Hardware finish: Silver, antique brass, gunmetal, or black
  • Closure: Snap, button, zip, or side-laced
  • Patches or embroidery: Describe what you’d like, or send us images
  • Reference images (optional): Photos of styles you like or designs to inspire your build
  • Timeline: When you need it by, if specific

Custom Order FAQ

How much does a custom leather vest cost?
Custom vest pricing depends on the leather type, size, and customizations you select. We’ll send you an accurate quote within 24 hours of receiving your custom order request by email.
How long does a custom order take?
Production takes 8 business days from the day you approve and pay for your order. Delivery takes an additional 10+ business days. Total time from order approval to delivery is approximately 3–4 weeks.
Can I send my own design or sketch?
Yes. We welcome reference images, sketches, photos of vests you like, or detailed descriptions. Attach them to your email and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.
What if I don’t know my measurements?
No problem. You can choose a standard size from XXS to 8XL. If you’d like a custom fit, we’ll guide you through measuring yourself in our reply email — it only takes 5 minutes with a measuring tape.
Can I customize MC club patches and rockers?
Absolutely. We can pre-attach club patches you mail to us, leave the back panel completely blank for your patches, or apply custom embroidery directly. Tell us your club’s specs in your email.
Do you offer concealed carry pockets?
Yes. We can add inside concealed carry pockets, document pockets, phone pockets, or other custom pocket configurations. Just mention it in your email.
What’s the minimum order for a custom vest?
There is no minimum order for custom vests. Whether you need one personalized vest or several for a club, we craft each one with the same care and attention.
Are custom vests returnable?
Custom-made vests are not eligible for standard returns. However, we guarantee our craftsmanship — if your vest arrives with a defect or doesn’t match your specifications, we’ll remake or repair it free of charge. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
